B rent Webster received a Degree in Political Science from Southwestern University, in Georgetown, before going on to receive his JD from the University of Houston Law Center. Brent brings valuable jury trial and appellate experience to the firm from his past ten years of practice as an attorney representing the State of Texas. Brent served the people of Texas in various roles within Williamson County, including First Assistant District Attorney, White Collar Prosecutor, General Counsel, Family Justice Prosecutor, and Assistant County Attorney. During his last year of service, he was awarded the “Crime Victim Advocates Hall of Fame Award.”
Brent practices in the areas of litigation, white-collar criminal defense, corporate & business organization law, appellate law (state and federal), real estate law, constitutional law and non-profit law.
Brent has donated significant pro-bono transactional work to non-profits and has advocated for First Amendment rights of individuals and members of religious and advocacy organizations. Brent is married to his college sweetheart, Amanda. Together they have three smart and beautiful girls. Brent was born and raised in Houston, Texas and is based in our Austin office.
