Stephany M. Simien

Ms. Simien’s practice is focused on personal injury, civil litigation and criminal defense. As a former prosecutor and police officer, Ms. Simien understands the complexity of the law. Prior to receiving her law degree, Ms. Simien worked as a Houston Police Officer, patrolling the streets of Houston and keeping our city safe. As a law enforcement officer, Ms. Simien handled a variety of cases involving assaults, crashes, drug activity, DWIs, and family disputes. Ms. Simien is fluent in Spanish, which enabled her to better communicate with Spanish speaking citizens and help de-escalate situations.

If anyone understands the importance of time management, it is Ms. Simien. She worked a full-time job, while attending law school, and volunteered in the community, all while caring for her newborn with the help of family. After graduating from law school, Ms. Simien gained great courtroom experience as a prosecutor for the Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office.
